SKIN FOCUS

The Foundation of Healthy & Glowing Skin

The skin is our largest organ, with a role far beyond protecting us from the outside world or regulating our temperature. It’s home to a diverse microbial community—the skin microbiome—an exciting and growing focus of scientific research. This delicate ecosystem quietly works to keep you healthy, balanced, and resilient.

Your skin tells a story. It reflects what’s happening on the outside just as much as on the inside. Topical care is vital, but lasting skin health starts deeper down. Every skin cell—and every member of your skin’s microbiome—needs nourishment to function well and protect you. That foundation comes from within: the food you eat, the water you drink, the quality of your sleep, how you move, and how you manage stress all influence your skin’s balance and vitality.

Whether you’re experiencing breakouts, oiliness, congestion, dryness, flakiness, sensitivity, or the first signs of ageing, my approach focuses on addressing the root causes. Together, we’ll explore your nutrition, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing to understand what your skin is telling you—and create a personalised plan to restore balance from the inside out, so your skin feels calm, clear, and healthy.

The pricing of my consultations varies depending on how many sessions you book. While two sessions are the minimum to get started, real and lasting change — whether it’s for hormone balance, perimenopause support, weight loss, or skin health — usually takes a little more time and consistency. That’s why my packages are designed to give you the right level of support for your goals.

To help you get started, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us the chance to explore your needs, answer your questions, and find the most suitable option for you.

How it Works

Our first consultation gives us space to explore your health story in depth — from current symptoms and lifestyle to dietary habits and potential underlying imbalances. Afterwards, you’ll receive a personalised plan with practical, step-by-step guidance to help you move forward with clarity.

I recommend a minimum of 2 consultations. Follow-up consultations provide continued support, accountability, and space to adjust your plan as your needs evolve.

I also offer standalone Nutrition Check-Up sessions — a one-off 90-minute appointment that includes a 2-week meal plan and tailored feedback to help you get started. These are ideal if you're looking for a light-touch reset or an entry point before committing to a longer programme. All consultations are available online, making it easy to work together wherever you are and simple to fit into your schedule.

What did you find most useful ?  What I found most useful, were simple rules for weight loss that make sense and are easy to remember and incorporate into life on a daily basis. Diana has an easy and informally relaxed approach and is so knowledgeable that you’re able to change habits and put new things into place without any difficulty. If you were to describe your experience?  Life changing – for the first time I really was able to know what it meant to “listen to your body” when it comes to understanding how certain foods affect you, either negatively or positively. When I started to relax and trust the process, as well as Diana’s always excellent advice, I realised I was having fun trying new things and how much better I felt and the payoff was weight loss. The simple principles that I’ve been learning with Diana, I wish I’d known about years ago!
