I work with individuals and organisations through evidence-informed nutrition and lifestyle coaching, consultancy, education, corporate health programmes, culinary experiences, as well as wellness brand and practitioner support — including educational content development and expert-led communications - online and offline.
My approach integrates preventive healthcare with practical, science-based strategies to optimise physical and mental wellbeing, while addressing the underlying drivers of health concerns through tailored nutrition and lifestyle interventions.
2. How I Collect Your Personal Data
Information You Provide: I collect personal data in various ways, including:

I collect this information to provide nutrition and wellbeing services. The lawful basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). For health-related data (special category data), the lawful basis is Article 9(2)(a) GDPR (explicit consent) and/or Article 9(2)(h) GDPR (provision of health care).
I retain your records following the completion of your healthcare in accordance with current professional guidelines issued by The British Association for Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
Information From Other Sources: With your explicit consent, I may receive sensitive medical information from biochemical testing companies or other healthcare providers where this is necessary to support your care.
3. How I Use Your Personal Data
I act as a data controller for the personal data I collect to provide nutrition and wellbeing services. I also process data received from third parties, such as testing companies and healthcare providers.
For coaching and consultation clients, I use the secure client management platform Practice Better, which acts as a data processor on my behalf. This system is used to manage appointments, intake forms, health records, secure messaging, and programme delivery. Practice Better processes personal data in accordance with GDPR requirements and applicable data protection standards.
I ensure your personal data, including health and contact details, are protected in accordance with GDPR and professional confidentiality standards.
In certain circumstances, your data may also be used to comply with legal requirements, safeguarding obligations, or for marketing communications (such as newsletters), but only with your explicit consent.
4. Sharing Your Information
Your information is kept strictly confidential and will only be shared with third parties with your express consent, except in the following situations:
With my professional association BANT for complaint processing. With contractors or advisors who provide services to me, under confidentiality agreements In response to legal or regulatory requests (e.g., court orders). With supplement companies or testing companies, without sensitive information, to provide direct healthcare. In cases of imminent danger to your life, I may share your information with appropriate authorities (e.g., police, social services) I may also share anonymized case histories for professional development purposes, but only with your explicit consent.

External data processors supporting us are legally bound to maintain secure data practices.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, 50% of the appointment fee will apply
