As a nutritionist and holistic chef, I bring together evidence-based expertise, culinary creativity, and a deep understanding of how food, lifestyle, and wellbeing connect. My work spans consultancy, recipe development, content creation, and delivering talks and workshops for brands, companies, and their communities.

Practical, hands-on learning around food, health, and wellbeing — rooted in science and inspired by the seasons. Topics include skin health, hormone balance, digestive wellbeing, stress management, sleep, and immunity.

Engaging, small-scale gatherings that explore food culture, women’s health, sustainable living, wellbeing in the workplace, and work–life balance.

 

Creative Food Projects

Thoughtful content, recipe creation, and collaborations for wellness brands, health professionals, retreats, and creative projects.

 

I host my workshops at Nourished Collective in Berlin-Treptow — a beautiful shared space for health, food, and creativity. You’re welcome to join me for a class, a workshop, or a creative journey into the art of living in tune with nature.
