As a nutritionist and holistic chef, I bring together evidence-based expertise, culinary creativity, and a deep understanding of how food, lifestyle, and wellbeing connect. My work spans consultancy, recipe development, content creation, and delivering talks and workshops for brands, companies, and their communities.
Alongside my private practice, I have worked over the past years in various roles with companies, platforms, and communities within the health, nutrition, and wellness sectors – both on a project basis and through long-term collaborations. These roles have included workshops, talks, consultation formats, training sessions, cooking classes, as well as recipe and concept development for different target groups.​

In every collaboration, my aim is to create high-quality, credible, and inspiring content, talks and trainings that empowers people to make informed, enjoyable, and sustainable choices for their health.
I am always open to collaborations that focus on supporting people with evidence-based knowledge and practical, easy-to-apply approaches on their journey towards holistic wellbeing – as well as projects in the fields of nutrition, culinary arts, health, and wellness.
