ABOUT

Hi, I’m Diana. I’m a registered nutritional therapist and holistic chef, specialising in hormone, skin, and gut health. I live for creating deep, nourishing flavours and the quiet magic of feeling at home in our bodies — something I’ve come to appreciate deeply over time.

I support women through the natural transitions of midlife and beyond. I absolutely love the work I do — it is both meaningful and rewarding.

My approach is both evidence-based and deeply personal, shaped by my training at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition in London, as well as my own lived experience.I’m also currently completing a BSc (Hons) in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Portsmouth, as part of my ongoing commitment to learning.

Like many of us, my health journey has influenced the work I do today. I know what it feels like to go through the ups and downs of perimenopause, and that experience shapes the way I support my clients.

Now in my early 50s, I’m still in this phase myself — without HRT (for now) — and feeling mostly symptom-free, aside from the occasional brain fog, sleep disruption, or joint niggle that reminds me to slow down and tune in.

What’s helped me? Consistent habits, an anti-inflammatory way of eating, supporting my gut, targeted supplementation — including daily collagen, magnesium, and creatine — and a realistic approach to what’s possible in a busy life.

We’re all on a unique path, and I offer a range of approaches to help you find what works best in a way that feels supportive and realistic.

If you're curious about how I can support you — whether through 1:1 consultations or at one of my seasonal workshops — I’d love to hear from you. You can book a quick call below and we can talk through what might work best for you.
