DIANA WARRINGS
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
ABOUT
Hi, my name is Diana, I am a nutritional therapist, health coach, and holistic chef, passionate about seasonal and sustainable living. I trained at the renowned Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) and Leiths School of Food and Wine in London.
Before my journey into food and nutrition, I worked as an agent for international models, and hair, and makeup artists. Ever since I can remember my true passion has always been in food—I love its healing power, the joy it gives to people and how it brings them together, and its deep connection to the environment.
After graduating in 2016, I initially practiced as a nutritional therapist and soon after went down the recipe development and content creation route. This path naturally developed because I had started the food blog Irma Green during my studies. Over the years I have taken further culinary training to deepen my knowledge.
Feeling like I was missing a piece of the puzzle, I decided it was time to return to practice and share my culinary knowledge in combination with nutritional therapy. To get up to speed with the latest research, clinical practice, lifestyle medicine, and health coaching techniques, I completed the 6-month Return to Practice training at ION.
I am now very much enjoying working with clients again, blending my expertise in nutritional science, coaching, and culinary arts. Which as it turns out is the perfect combination to support my clients in achieving their health goals.
