DIANA WARRINGS
NUTRITION & LIFESTYLE
ABOUT
Hi, I’m Diana. I’m a trained nutritional therapist, health coach, and holistic chef, and lifelong lover of good food, beauty, nature, and creative expression.

Before retraining in nutrition, I worked in the world of fashion and beauty — representing makeup artists, stylists, and models as an agent.
I was always drawn to the world of aesthetics, but deep down, I knew my heart belonged to food and wellbeing. I live for flavour, beauty, connection, and the quiet magic of feeling at home in your body.
Like many women, my own health journey has shaped the work I do today. I’ve lived with psoriasis for many years, and while I now have it largely under control with nutrition and lifestyle, I know first-hand what it’s like to deal with unpredictable flares — even when you’re doing everything right.
I’m now in my early 50s, navigating perimenopause without HRT (for now), and feeling mostly symptom-free — aside from the occasional brain fog, sleep disruption, or joint niggle that reminds me to slow down and tune in.
What’s helped me? Consistent habits, the right nutrients, an anti-inflammatory diet, daily collagen and creatine, MCT oil, supporting my gut, and being realistic about what’s possible in a busy life.
My training has been a true gift — academically rooted and creatively fulfilling. I studied at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition and Leiths School of Food and Wine in London, and have been fortunate to gain a wide experience in the wellness world.
I count myself lucky to be working with health brands, developing recipes, writing content and consulting for companies like Ancient + Brave and YorkTest. I am also building my own private practice and planning to run workshops, specialising in skin health, hormone balance, and the gut–skin–hormone connection.
Dedicated to lifelong learning, I’m currently completing the BSc (Hons) Nutritional Therapy programme at the University of Portsmouth in partnership with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition.

When I’m not working, I’m usually cooking, baking or fermenting something, walking in nature, visiting a flea or farmers markets, dancing to disco house, listening to jazz or classical music, connecting with friends, or dreaming up my next creative project.

I love: languages, travel, yoga, running, sustainability, interior design, food styling, photography, facials, massages, and slow Sundays. I believe that living well is an art — and one that’s deeply personal.
If you're curious about how I can support you — whether through 1:1 consultations or at one of my seasonal workshops — I'd love to hear from you. Feel free to book one of my free 15 -Minunte consultations.
