My workshops are designed to help you to (re)connect with food in a way that feels practical, nourishing, and rooted in everyday life.
 

They’re an invitation to slow down, cook with intention, and (re)discover what truly supports your wellbeing.

 

Each session blends evidence-based nutrition talks with hands-on cooking and simple tools to make healthy living more intuitiveguided by the seasons and grounded in both science and nature.

 

From gut health to hormone balance, sleep and skin — each workshop focuses on a specific theme, offering delicious recipes and gentle strategies to support you feel your best throughout the year.

 

You'll learn how everyday foods and small shifts in routine can support your body — and then bring those ideas to life through cooking, tasting, and sharing.

WHAT TO EXPECT

My workshops are intentionally kept small (max. 8 people) to allow space for conversation, questions, and the simple joy of cooking together. You can expect:

  • A relaxed, welcoming space to learn, cook, and connect

  • Nutrition insights shared in a way that’s practical, accessible, and easy to apply

  • Seasonal whole-food recipes that are both nourishing and delicious

  • Smart kitchen tips and prep hacks to help you cook more intuitively and reduce waste

  • A shared meal or tasting — because food is always better when enjoyed together
