The pricing of my consultations varies depending on how many sessions you book. While one to two sessions are the minimum to get started, real and lasting change — whether it’s for hormone balance, perimenopause support, weight loss, or skin health — usually takes a little more time and consistency. That’s why my packages are designed to give you the right level of support for your goals.
To help you get started, I offer a free 15-minute consultation. This gives us the chance to explore your needs, answer your questions, and find the most suitable option for you.
