A kitchen edit is thought to make your kitchen 'FIT' for a new way of healthy eating. You will learn what you need to consider when doing your food shopping, how to make sense of food labels, expiry- and use-by dates, how to reduce salt, how to replace sugar and much more. In a mini cooking class, I will show you a few quick and easy recipes to set you up for your healthy eating journey. The kitchen edit takes place in your kitchen and includes a light meal and snacks.
