NUTRITIONAL THERAPY
Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition and lifestyle medicine sciences to promote health and peak performance (BANT). Unlike generic advice, nutritional therapy is about understanding your unique health story—your biological individuality, symptoms, case history, challenges, and goals. As a nutritional therapist, I focus on identifying potential nutritional imbalances that may contribute to your health concerns and may use functional tests to inform my recommendations. My consultation package is designed to support you in achieving your health goals and fostering long-term wellness. It runs over 3 months, with bi-weekly consultations to guide you every step of the way for lasting change. Cooking classes, meal plans, and ongoing email support may also be incorporated.

With years of experience in recipe development and applied culinary nutrition, I’m here to show you how to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious meals and cooking techniques that nourish both body and soul. My classes are adaptable to all skill levels, so whether you’re a kitchen novice or a pro, you’ll gain practical skills and tips that make healthy cooking fun and accessible. Classes can be booked individually or as part of one of my nutritional and health coaching programs.
