Navigating nutrition and health can be overwhelming, but with the right guidance, you can achieve lasting well-being. My bespoke Nutrition- Foundation program is a starter program of 3 consultations (1x90min I 2x45min) that run over the course of 6-12 weeks. Understanding that each journey is different, this program offers a personalized approach. Whether your goal is to improve your diet, lose weight, boost your energy levels, get a better night's sleep, tackle PMS and balance your hormones, support skin-, bone-, and joint health, or your overall well-being. The foundation program is thought to give you an idea of whether you are on track with your eating and lifestyle habits or if you need to make bigger changes long term. As will all nutrition and wellbeing assessments, we start with a health questionnaire and a three-day food and lifestyle diary, giving me a deep understanding of your current habits. This insight guides our initial 90-minute consultation, where we’ll explore your goals and lay the foundation for your journey. Based on this, I’ll create a customized eating and lifestyle plan that we’ll review and adjust as needed throughout the program. To further underpin your journey, additional options like a kitchen edit and cooking classes are available. These can be added to help you build practical skills and create a supportive food environment. For specific health concerns, I may recommend supplements or functional testing.
